Information Technology Technician

Requirements:

·           Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing, or related disciplines.

·           Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is required.

·           Familiarity with NAV & ERP Systems

·           At least 2 years of information technology and enterprise technology, preferably in IT Support, business analysis, programming work or ERP system implementation.

·           Strong ability to create and implement the clear system requirements and processes based on business needs.

·           Experience working with enterprise-scale applications, preferably including ERP, HRIS, Finance systems, Digital Workplace platforms, Mobile & IoT Solutions or other core business systems.

·           Good understanding of application integration, APIs, middleware and data interfaces.

·           Good understanding of technology security and related architecture considerations.

·           Self-motivated, a strong team player, able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities:

·           To write programs and enhance/maintain existing programs;

·           To conduct program testing, system testing and user acceptance;

·           To prepare and maintain program documentation;

·           To prepare job control procedures for trial runs and production runs;

·           To assist in the system design of computer applications; and

·           To assist in preparing project reports and specifications.

·           Act as an architecture advisor and help develop technology roadmaps and help shape the evolution of the organisation's application and technology landscape.

·           Assess proposed solutions, platforms and products and provide recommendations based on business value, technical fit, security, scalability and operational considerations.

·           Provide direction across core business applications and enterprise platforms (ERP, HR, Finance, Digital platforms, IoT & mobile solutions, AI initatives).

·           Analyze existing processes and design and implement customized ERP solutions

·           Responsible for managing the entire ERP lifecycle, including requirements gathering, feasibility studies, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance

·           Develop detailed project plans to ensure all milestones are delivered on time

·           Facilitate smooth transitions, helping business units fully adopt the new system and maximize productivity

·           Support end-user training, including preparing training materials, leading training sessions, and providing post-launch support.
